Clover

During my freshman year at California State University Long Beach, I first joined the university's Video Game Development Association. The club's structure is such that members group up and develop a video game over the course of the semester. I was recruited into a team led by Musician/YouTuber, OR3O, for a rhythm game based on a unique Roaring 20's inspired IP that she ran a Kickstarter for. As part of the team, my main functions were in programming. My main contributions were to the system that detects whether the player hits the note correctly, and working alongside a teammate to develop the menu systems. Developed in Unity, written in C#. Winner of the CSULB VGDA's "Officer's Choice" and "People's Choice" awards.
